Zodiac Hermetic, Jet Aeronaut and Aerospace Jet 24hr Watches

Zodiac hermetic jet.jpg

There are number of iterations of the Hermetic 24hr model. This watch series is unusual in that it only has the 24hour function and no separate 12 hour function as found on the Aerospace GMT, with which it is sometimes confused (although the lack of a rotating bezel should make it fairly easy to spot). The Hermetic versions run in the same way as the original Glycine Airman from the same period.

The first models bore a 24hr dial with the word Hermetic only. The second series had Jet Aeronaut at the bottom and the third series bore the inscription Aerospace Jet. There were also variations in dial size in all 3 series.

  • Ref: 757 (small dial) and 758 (large dial)
  • Calibre: Zodiac 721
  • Series I - Hermetic
  • Series II - Jet Aeronaut
  • Series III - Aerospace Jet
