Strongly linked with Longines for good reasons. Company was founded by Georges Agassiz in 1876, the son of Aguste Agassiz, the founder of what would become the Longines watch factory in 1866.
History
In 1867 Georges Agassiz went to the USA to market Longines models. Nine years later he set up as an independent under his own name.
