“Heuer” was becoming “TAG Heuer” as a company during this period. The PVD 980.031 Night Dive watch is one of those carry-overs that can be found with Heuer- and TAG Heuer-branded dials. For a variety of reasons, the monochrome-black case, black bracelet, with glow-dial is uncommon among the already uncommon to come up for sale. Notes

Bond wore was a Heuer Ref. 980.031 quartz dive watch with a fully black case and bracelet. The other noticeable feature of the watch was the luminous dial. See The Dalton Watches for more.
