Tissot T12

There is debate on what T12 actually means. Some consider is it T for Tissot and 12 for As atmospheres waterproof (400ft). The catalogues refer to 200m waterproof so perhaps not. The 12 could mean a 12 hr dial, but the WorldTimer is a 24hr movement, eg the hour hand only rotates once a day. There are a great number of varieties of both case and model type. The UFO flying saucer shape is a very 1970s look and distinctive, normally seen with signed bracelet. Here are a few examples.
