Founded in 1992 by master watchmaker Roland G. Murphy, RGM Watch Company stands as a symbol of America's horological revival. Murphy’s journey began in high school and evolved through formal training at Bowman Technical School in Pennsylvania and the prestigious WOSTEP program in Switzerland. After gaining industry experience at Hamilton Watch Co., he pursued his vision of creating fine mechanical timepieces in the U.S.

Nestled in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, RGM blends modern precision manufacturing with traditional craftsmanship. The company produces bespoke watches like the Caliber 801, Pennsylvania Tourbillon, and Caliber 20, celebrating its commitment to in-house-made movements. RGM remains one of the only watchmakers in the U.S. to manufacture not just watches, but also cases, parts, and movements domestically.
