Paul Portinoux was formed by the four Pauls:- Buhre, Garnier, Maillardet & Picot. All are well known as having been great watchmakers in their own right.

Branded watches from the 1950s onwards with Swiss movements. cases and dials. Normally of good quality.

Paul Portinoux was a brand employed by the Delaware Watch Company, which in turn was owned by Swiss brand Montilier.
